This website exists to gauge interest in Navio, an upcoming wellness companion app. We keep data collection to the minimum needed for that purpose.

If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit. We use it solely to notify you about Navio's early access launch and, at most, occasional major product updates. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any message we send; we will then delete your address. Otherwise, we delete waitlist addresses no later than 12 months after launch communication ends.
Form submissions are processed and stored by our hosting provider Netlify (see below).
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service operated by Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia, EU). Plausible does not use cookies and does not store personal data or persistent identifiers; visitor data is aggregated and anonymized. This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). When you visit, Netlify technically processes your IP address in server logs to deliver the site securely.
